Hello. My name is Alona, I’m 21 and I’m from Kropivnitskiy. I graduated from the university in my native city in 2020. I studied applied linguistics. During my studentship I worked almost all the time. One of my previous positions was a quality manager in a company which cooperates with Ukraine International Airlines. My main task was to provide passengers of Ukraine International Airlines with a high quality service. I worked with a group of people, there were usually about 20 employees, I taught them how to provide passengers with high-quality service. I taught them how to handle difficult situations. I taught them also the booking system, Amadeus Altéa Reservation Desktop. There was a case when a passenger contacted us as there’s a department which is responsible for charity. They gave free tickets for passengers. And as the passenger had to fly to Israel to have a heart surgery but the department didn’t answer, they contacted us. So I personally contacted this department through internal system and they allowed us to issue a ticket free of charge. And we did it, and the passenger was fully satisfied. And as for a teamwork, I can’t say that I’m totally in a teamwork or I’m totally into work alone as both activities have their pros and cons and also it depends on the situations as well, so I’m quite flexible in this way. And if I had to describe myself in three words, they would be “responsible”, “focused” and “problem solver”. Thank you for your attention, and I’ll be glad to hear from you.
